To be able to charge a private lesson with a voucher, we will go to the reservation box to the main window, and click on the class that we want to charge.
Please note: To charge a private lesson to a client's voucher, the client must have an active voucher package. Otherwise, the payment cannot be processed.
Once you have clicked and the lesson details page appears, you will see the student listed at the bottom with a 'Registration status' set to 'Pending'.
Next to it there are several buttons; click on 'Use voucher', as shown in the image provided here:
A window will open displaying all of the client's available vouchers.
Click on the button to charge the lesson to that specific voucher
We will see that on the screen of the class file the 'Registration status' will already be charged
