In order to remove duplicate clients we will go to:
System --> Tools --> Customer records consolidation
The next window will open.
Remember that both clients, must be registered in the system to merge them.
To locate the profiles, click on the magnifying glass icons.
The Source register is the one we want to "remove" and the Destination Register the one we want to "keep"; mail, phone, accounts etc. from the Destination Registry will be the ones considered for the final merged profile.
