Once your coach profiles have been created, the next step is to set up their work schedules.
I. Create a schedule
Go to: Planning > Coaches > Schedules
Click New, give the schedule a name (you can use the coach’s name), and save it.
II. Define Availability
After saving, reopen the schedule.
Use the weekly planner to mark the days and hours when the coach is available.
III. Assign the Schedule to the Coach
Go back to: Planning > Coaches > Coach List
Select the coach and go to the Additional Data section
In the Schedule field, select the one you just created.
Excellent! You can now organize your coaches’ availability with ease!
