Once you’ve created your user groups, it’s time to adjust the permissions from the Menu Configuration tab.
I. User Group Configuration
- Go to the profile of the group you created
- Open the Menu Configuration tab
- Review the full list of available options in Matchpoint and select the ones you want to enable
🔑 Important:
- Menu options are hierarchical. If you disable a main module like Customers, all related sections (Customers, General Rates, Offers, etc.) will also be disabled.
- If you enable a subsection, make sure to also enable its main module.
💡 Tip:
If you find options that don’t appear or don’t work when enabled, they might belong to modules not included in your current plan. To unlock them, contact your account manager.
II. Additional Settings
You can also configure permissions for specific areas like:
- Customer personal information
- Billing and payments
- Courses and academies
