Matchpoint management system screen is divided into several parts. In the top right corner is the main menu and just below the top menu we can find the quick access icons.
On the left, you will find your Access' assigned name, an icon to change your user's password and a log out option.
Top Menu
The menu is located in the top right of the main screen. It provides access to the most important areas of the application, organised in dropdowns.
The visible icons and options will depend on the services contracted by your centre and the permissions assigned to your user. Don’t worry if you don’t see all the described options; you will only see those that are relevant to your functions.

These are buttons below the Top Menu that speed up frequent accesses.
Main Icons
Agenda: View the full agenda.
Agenda Entry: Create new entries.
Booking Board: Return to the main booking grid
New Client: Add members to the system.
Enrol Student: Register users in a school.
POS: Manage sales.
Issue Temporary Pass: Generate access passes.
Cash Diary: Consult financial movements.
Work Area
In tabs showing data lists, said data can be filtered: to process the search,press the ENTER key or click on the magnifying glass . In some cases, you can also specify filtering options using the icon
.
Additionally, you may find the green pen icon - used for editing - or the red "X" icon - used to delete the item or entry.
All sections will show a title about the main information at the top of the page. On the left, detailed sections can be selected to access to the corresponding tabs.
And at the bottom of all pages, you can find option icons.
To add a new item to the list.
Will be used to refresh the data.
Will export the data we are currently viewing on the screen to Excel.
Will be used to send mass SMS to users on the list.
