To restrict booking access, go to:
System > Web Tables > Booking Policy
Once inside, you will see the list of existing booking policies.
Please note: Booking policies are typically created based on court type
Next, after clicking the edit icon, the Booking Policy Details screen will open
Click 'New' to define the new booking policy, or click edit to modify an existing one;

Here you can define the access restrictions for the booking in question, whether it applies to a specific client, a client type, or an age range.
Under the Booking tab, you will find other options to restrict access, such as daily booking limits
Examples:
Allow bookings: Restrict whether a user can make reservations or not.
Web/Mobile bookings: Allow or block reservations through the web or mobile app.
Booking limits: Set maximum bookings per day, per week, etc.
Advance booking window: Define how far in advance reservations can be made.
Web/Mobile cancellations: Allow or block booking cancellations through the web or mobile app.
Cancellation window: Set the deadline to cancel a booking without penalty.
Maximum simultaneous bookings: Limit the number of active bookings a user can hold at the same time.
