If you want to cancel a booking, simply hover the mouse over the booking and you'll see a pop up with the reservation details. Click on the cancel button to remove it from the board.
A window will open where you can select the reason for the cancellation. You can also write a note to decide whether you are going to offer a refund to the customers or not.
Once you have selected all the options, press Cancel to complete the cancellation.
