In this module, you’ll learn how to properly manage your sports center’s cash register, ensuring accurate tracking of income and expenses.
Keep in mind: Good cash handling is essential for transparency and financial order at your club.
The Cash Register module in Matchpoint allows you to keep a detailed record of payments made physically at the center.
It does not include online payments, which are tracked in a different section of the system.
You can enable and manage one or more cash registers from:
🗄️ Economy > Cash Control > Registers > New
The Cash Register Cycle
To maintain proper accounting control, always follow this sequence:
1️⃣ Open the register
2️⃣ Register cash movements (income and expenses)
3️⃣ Close the register
🔒 It’s essential not to perform transactions between a register’s closing and the next opening.
Also, never open a new register without closing the previous one.
By following this structure, cash management will be simple and efficient. ✔️
