How to process Bank Returns manually:

Banks usually provide designated areas on their websites where you can download files containing the detailed descriptions of customer bank returns. 

This allows you to avoid having to enter them manually by cross-referencing individual tracking numbers.

However, if you need to insert them manually, go to the following menu:

Finance > Bank > Returns

Click 'New' to create the Return, enter any applicable fees and manually load the receipts using the "Add" button.

Please keep in mind: Before doing this, we must have copied the reference number of the returned receipt from the customer's profile.

Through this process, the document originally used to charge the customer in that specific batch will be unlinked from the remittance and marked as "pending payment" under whichever payment method we choose. This allows for its subsequent collection directly from that customer's profile.

Once the returns list is completed, click the "Insert" button.
