Due to data protection regulations, we will never be able to add a card to a client's profile directly from the management system.
This process encrypts the card details as a code (Token). This allows the online payment gateway to link future payments to the corresponding card without requiring the client to re-enter their details.
It is important to note that we DO NOT record or store the client's data; this information is securely held by Stripe.
What we can do is go to the client's profile under Additional Information > Credit Card, and send them an email or a WhatsApp message with a link so they can register their details themselves. The client can also access this exact same link through their own intranet, under the Cards section.

Once the customer saves their card details, we will be able to see that the record exists in their profile, but we will never have access to the actual data.
There is a Comments field where we can enter a name or any useful note to help identify the cards, in case the customer has more than one.
Additionally, customers can proactively save their cards on their own initiative, either from their Personal Area under the Cards section, or at the moment of making an online payment through the platform.
