Knowing how to access and filter this information will help you manage users more effectively and enhance operations in your club.
I. Getting to the Customers List
To view the client list in Matchpoint, follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers menu.
- Click on Customers again.
- Select Customers from the third option in the submenu.
Here, you will see all active clients registered in the system.
II. Looking for a given Customer
📋 If you need to find a particular client, you can use the search field.
🔎For example, you can search using the following criteria:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
Simply enter the information in the search bar, click on the Magnifying Glass icon, and the system will display the matching results.
To refine your search further, you can apply advanced filters:
- Click on the downward arrow icon.
- A range of filtering options will appear, such as:
- Client status: Active or inactive.
- Gender.
- Date of birth.
- Client group.
These filters will help you segment the information and find the clients you need more easily.
Once you have the client list you need, you can export it to Excel or use it to send an email or push notification to the filtered clients using the Send Mailing or Send Message buttons.
