Add a Product

To sell a product in Matchpoint, you first need to register it in the system.

I. Steps to Create a Product

1. Go to: Finance > Stock Control > Products
2. A window will open showing the list of registered products
3. Click New to add a new product
4. Fill in the required fields:
5. - Family (mandatory)
6. - Price (mandatory)
7. - Additional information and image (optional but recommended)
8. - Status: Active (to make the product available for sale)
9. - Stock Control (to manage inventory levels)

11. 5. Click Save to save your changes

💡 Tip: Set the purchase price with or without VAT — the system will automatically calculate the other value.
