The POS (Point of Sale Terminal) is a tool that lets you register sales quickly and easily.
I. Accessing the POS
Go to: Finance > POS Terminal or use the quick access button.
On the main screen, you’ll see:
- Sections (product families)
- Available products within each section
- Operations area, where selected items will appear
II. Understanding the POS Interface
When you enter the POS, the screen is divided into several areas:
📋 Operations area:
Displays the selected products, their prices, and quantities
📋 Sections and product list:
Here you’ll find the product families you’ve created. When you click on a family, all related products will appear next to it
📋 Right-side menu:
Includes different actions:
- New Sale: Start a new sale
- Cancel Sale: Remove all products and reset the transaction
- Identify customer: Search and select a client, useful if you want to leave the sale pending on their profile
- Search article: If you’re unsure of a product’s family, you can search by name
- Comments: Add comments or notes for internal use
- Leave outstanding: If a client is identified, you can leave the sale pending for future payment
- Collect: Once all products are selected, choose a payment method to complete the sale
- Fees: If a client is identified, you can also charge their pending school fees, memberships, or services
- Debts: Allows charging outstanding debts if the client is identified
- Booking: Charge any unpaid reservations for the selected client
III. Selling a Product via POS
To sell a product:
- Select the product
- Click Collect
- Choose the payment method
