I. Accessing the Online Reservation Grid
To manage the online reservation grids, go to:
System > Web Tables > Booking Grids
From here, you can edit existing grids or create a new one by clicking New.
II. Setting Options
When creating a new online grid, the setup is similar to the internal grid. You’ll be able to:
- Set time ranges: Define the start and end times when bookings can be made
- Show pricing and details: Choose which information you want to display to clients
- Enable smart grid: Prevent gaps or small unusable time slots between bookings
- Select courts: Choose which courts belong to this grid and, if needed, assign a fixed schedule
