I. Checking your Booking Policy Settings
Booking policies define the booking rules based on client type.
To configure them, go to:
System > Web tables > Bookings Policy
From here, you can edit existing policies or create new ones.
II. Policy Structure Levels
Policies are assigned per court, and within each policy, specific conditions can be set based on the client type. This can create two levels of detailed conditions when it comes to bookings:
Level 1: Assign reservation policies to some specific courts (🔎 example: Tennis courts can be booked 15 days in advance, and Padel ones only 7 days in advance)
Level 2: Apply specific restrictions for different client types (members, groups, age ranges)
III. Configuration Options
- Who can book (specific client, client type, age range)
- Daily or weekly reservation limits
- Advance booking and cancellation windows
- Allow bookings without immediate payment (customers can then pay onsite, before playing, not mandatory online)
- Max number of simultaneous reservations
- Specific match settings (create matches, sign up, leave them pending payment, etc.)
