WHAT DO GENERAL RATES MEAN?
In Matchpoint, General Rates section allow you to set up the prices and conditions for the services your sports centre offers. From this module, you can manage:
✅ Booking rates – Applicable to court bookings and open matches.
✅ Private lesson rates – Costs for one-to-one coaching sessions.
✅ Membership fees/subscriptions
✅ Balance packages – Balance top-ups that players can add to their virtual wallet.
✅ Group class/activity rates – Fees for group sessions or events.
✅ Other service rates – Costs associated with additional services.
✅ Packages/Vouchers – Bundles of sessions or bookings with specific conditions.
Each rate can have different prices with corresponding conditions or validity periods and can be assigned to one or multiple courts or activities.
