Private Coaching rates

  • Updated

Let's learn how to create and manage pricing for private lessons in Matchpoint.

I. Accessing the Private Lesson Pricing Module

Go to: Clients > General Pricing > Private Lessons

From here, you can:

  • View existing rates
  • Create new ones by clicking New

🔑 Important: Private lessons can be managed at the center, assigned to specific coaches, or made available for online booking.

II. Creating a New Private Lesson

When creating a new lesson, complete the following fields in the GENERAL tab:

  • Lesson name
  • Detailed description
  • Sport type (padel, tennis, etc.)
  • Status: Active or inactive
  • Online visibility: Choose whether it should appear on the website

Once created, you’ll unlock more configuration options.

III. Creating Groups Within a Lesson

Groups represent different booking formats.

🔎 Example: “1 student” or “2 students”

For each group, define:

  • Minimum and maximum participants (🔎 both set to “1” if it’s for individual lessons)
  • Status: Active or inactive
  • Online visibility
  • Fixed duration: 60, 90 minutes, or any set time

IV. Setting Prices

In this section, you’ll add prices per participant, based on the selected group.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Group: Link the price to a specific group
  • Coach category: Apply different rates based on the trainer
  • Description: Name of the price
  • Validity period: Leave blank for year-round pricing
  • Priority price: Select this if multiple similar prices exist
  • Duration: Set whether it’s for 60, 90, or 120 minutes
  • Price: Set the amount
  • Billing info: Include VAT and center details if applicable

💡 Once saved, click the green icon to access advanced options

V. Advanced Price Configuration

Within a saved price, you can define:

  • Conditions

Without conditions: Available to all clients

With conditions: Only for clients who meet certain filters

  • Time Slots

Set different prices based on day and time
