I. Access the activity pricing section
To manage attendance prices for activities, follow this path in the system:
Clients > General Pricing > Group Classes > One time activity purchases
Here you can review existing prices or create new ones based on your club’s needs.
II. Create a new price
If you need to add a new attendance rate, click the New button.
Under the GENERAL tab, fill in the following fields:
- Rate name
- Description (optional)
Once the attendance rate is created, more configuration options will become available.
III. Set up the pricing
In the PRICES tab, you can define costs for attending group classes.
When adding a new price, complete the following:
- Description: Name of the price (e.g., “Standard Group Class”)
- Validity period: Leave it blank to apply year-round
- Priority price: Check this box if you want this rate to override others
- Price: Amount charged for the booking
- Billing information: Set accounting details, including:
VAT (specify if tax is included and its percentage)
Invoice series (ticket code associated with the booking)
Billing center (if you manage multiple locations)
Once saved, the price can be reviewed and edited at any time.
IV. Set conditions and time slots
After creating the price, you can customize its application:
Conditions tab
- If no conditions are added, the price applies to all clients
- If you add conditions, it will only apply to specific types of clients (e.g., members, students, etc.)
Time slots tab
- Set different prices depending on the day and time
- Create as many slots as needed to fully cover all days and hours without gaps
